Lukas Sotell, former Stamford High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, March 21 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Friday, March 21, former Stamford High School standout Lukas Sotell’s current collegiate team the Maryland Terrapins won 81-49 against the Grand Canyon Antelopes in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Climate Pledge Arena, this was the first game against the Grand Canyon Antelopes during the championship.

The Maryland Terrapins’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 5:10 p.m. in Climate Pledge Arena against Colorado State Rams.

Lukas Sotell’s hometown is Stamford and game position is guard.
