The City of Stamford 19th Charter Revision Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 24th at 7:00 p.m., in the 4th floor cafeteria of the Stamford Government Center (888 Washington Boulevard) to consider proposed changes to the City Charter.
A review of the provisions of the City Charter must be done every ten years and the Charter is the document that defines the powers and functions of City government. Proposed changes can be viewed here: https://www.stamfordct.gov/.../28234/638199342735670000.
