Greenwich Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Join our virtual lecture which welcomes Dr. Meadow Dibble of the Atlantic Black Box as she illuminates the history of a tragedy on the high seas and shares lessons we can draw from this story today. Dr. Dibble will lead us through a consideration of the ways in which our region’s repressed history of complicity with the business of slavery relates to our current national conversations about race, privilege, identity, and access to the American dream.
