The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Richard Blumenthal, Blumenthal for Connecticut, refunded $150 to Frederick Landman on Aug. 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Blumenthal for Connecticut has refunded $22,700 total since March 1.
