On Sunday, March 9, former Stamford High School standout Samantha Albert’s current college team, the Cornell Big Red, won 12-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Rhode Island Rams.

The game took place at The Diamond of UMBC. This was their second matchup against the Rams this season.

The Big Red’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 12:30 p.m. at Niemand Robison Field against Yale Bulldogs.
